Become a volunteer

This year we welcome you to join us as a volunteer to the 11th Norpas festival at Taalintehdas 3.-6.8.2023. Every year we have approximately 100 volunteers who are the soul of the festival and we would not be able to organize it without them. Come help us build this year's Norpas the best Norpas ever!

In exchange for approx. 10-12 hours of work in guidance of group leaders, volunteers will have a free entry to all non-sold out performances and workshops, + free accommodation and vegan breakfast and lunch.
