Shortparis, a band that some call the best live act in Russia, was supposed to take over the Norpas stage on Saturday. Unfortunately the border authorities did not agree and didn't grant a permission for them to come. For consolation we play their music videos that are intense, shocking and provocative. In the videos anxiety, hysteria and tabus connect and form something truly unique. In their music Shortparis wants to describe St. Petersburg as it is - the scene of conflicting emotions.
